1. Customer agrees to accept the service and Service provider agrees to provide the service and other services as specifled in thai agreement at least the minimum term according to the agreement. If the Customer wishes to terminate the agreement or servicebefore the minimum term, Customer agrees to pay the fee of service for the remaining period. After the minimum term, either party does not request to terminate the agreement, this agreement will continue for the unlimited term by using all terms and conditions of this agreement, however, either party shall have the right to terminate the agreement thereafter.Customer may terminate this agreement at any time upon 15-day prior written notice to Service Provider under the obligation to pay the remaining unpaid service fees to Service Provider within the termination date of agreement.

2. Service Provider reserver its ring to suspend the service or terminate the agreement, without any advanced notice, If Customet violates or tries to violate the Laws, Rules, Regulations or Net Etiquette, include, becomes unable to pay debts or proceeding in bankruptck.

3. Customer shall pay the monthly fees as specified in this agreement, whice comply to the Service Provider's principle and within the date of invoice. Otherwise, the Customer's account is in default and service Provider has the right to cancel this agreement or suspend the service.
