KRABI Wi-Fi Hotspot Troubleshooting

In case, user closed the log in time window by accident and is unable to logout from internet, please try to log out with this as follows;
- At the address bar type: http://192.168.182.1:3990/logoff
- User will see “Log out Successful” message.

Internet will be automatically disconnected, if user does not use the internet (Idle) for 30 minutes. User can log in again if there’s time remaining.

When log in and if the log in window (time counter) doen’t pop up. This is because it has been blocked by the window software. Then user has to make a configuration in the system.
- Move the mouse pointer to the icon Explorer
- Click right button
- Select “Property”
- Click “Privacy” and then look at the bottom of the page
- Tick at “Block pop ups” then Click “Setting”
- Go to colum “Allowed Site” then type 192.168.182.1
